Account types and roles

Account types and roles. How Individual and Business accounts differ, and what each team role can do.

Prismapay has two account types:

- Individual account: a single natural person. It automatically owns its own "personal team" and has every permission over the account.

- Business account: belongs to a legal entity. It has a team with different users and roles.

Roles inside a Business account

Role

What they can do

Owner

Owns the account. The only one who can complete the company's KYB/KYC. Has every permission: managing the team, transfers, wallet, compliance and invitations.

Admin (business)

Delegated administrator. Sees almost everything, but cannot create, edit or delete team users — only the Owner can. Can be granted specific capabilities: create transfers, review transfers and/or approve transfers.

Generator

Creates transfers. 2FA is recommended but not enforced to create them (unlike Reviewer/Approver).

Reviewer

Reviews and forwards transfers before they move on to approval — an intermediate control step. 2FA is mandatory: a 6-digit code is required when forwarding.

Approver

Approves (authorizes) transfers so they can be executed. 2FA is mandatory: a 6-digit code is required when approving.

Fund Controller

A role similar to Reviewer, for fund control.

What each role sees in their profile

Operational roles (Generator, Reviewer, Approver, Fund Controller) only see My details, Security and Notifications in their profile. They cannot see or manage Team, Invitations or Compliance — those sections belong to the account's Owner/Admin.
