These are configured from My Profile → Notifications.
Available channels
- Email: you can turn the whole channel on or off, and choose which addresses receive notifications — your own account's email, other team members' emails, and/or extra custom addresses you add.
- Telegram: linked by scanning a QR code (or opening a link) that connects your account to a Telegram bot. The QR refreshes automatically from time to time until you link it. You can unlink at any moment.
- WhatsApp: available once linked. The initial linking is handled with support, and requires having a phone number linked.
Configurable notification types
Each one has its own per-channel switch:
1. New fiat transactions.
2. Crypto activity.
3. Scheduled price report.
4. Price threshold alerts.
Price alerts
- Scheduled report: you receive the buy/sell price periodically. You choose the frequency (daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly) and your preferred delivery time.
- Threshold alert: you define a condition ("greater than or equal to" / "less than or equal to") and a price value; when the market crosses that threshold, for buy and/or sell, a notification is sent. These alerts reset automatically every day at midnight.
