From My Profile → Compliance, the account Owner can check the status of their KYC or KYB at any time.
What the screen shows
- Current status: "Not started", "Pending" (an incomplete draft exists), "Under review" (submitted, waiting on the team), "Approved", or "Observed".
- Submission date and review date.
- If the status is "Observed", the reason or reasons for the observation, so you know what to fix.
- Observation history: a table of every observation, with its date and reason.
- PDF report download: available for KYB when approved or under review, and for KYC when approved, under review or observed.
What "Observed" means
"Observed" is the customer-facing name for a verification that was rejected. Internally it is called "rejected", but users always see it as Observed. The screen shows the exact reason so you know what to correct before resubmitting.
