Signing in and recovering access

Signing in and recovering access. Logging in with a password or a passkey, resetting your password, and access for invited members.

Standard login

- Sign in with your email address and password, with a "Remember me" option.
- For security, there is a limit of 5 attempts per minute per email + IP address combination.
- After a successful login, the system redirects you to the screen matching your role.

Password recovery

1. On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?".
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. You receive an email with a link to reset your password.
4. Opening the link asks for the new password — same security policy: 8+ characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol — plus its confirmation.
5. For security, resetting the password signs you out on every device.

Password confirmation for sensitive actions

Before certain sensitive actions (enabling/disabling 2FA, viewing recovery codes, signing out other sessions, deleting the account), the system may ask you to re-enter your current password as an extra confirmation step.

Signing in with a passkey (no password)

If your device or browser supports it (fingerprint, Face ID, Windows Hello PIN, etc.):

1. The login screen shows a "Sign in with passkey" button.
2. When you press it, the browser asks for your device's biometric check or PIN.
3. If it is valid, you are signed in automatically, with no password needed.

Passkeys are set up beforehand from your profile.

Access for invited team members

When the Owner of a business account invites a new member, that user receives an email with a link to set their own password for the first time. This link expires after 24 hours; if it does, they must ask their team administrator to resend the invitation.
