1. Go to Wallet → BOB Deposit.
2. Choose the Prismapay bank account you will transfer to.
3. Enter the date the deposit will be or was made. It cannot be earlier than today.
4. The minimum amount is 100 BOB.
5. The system generates a unique reference code (3 letters + 3 numbers) that you must use as the description/reference on the actual bank transfer, so Prismapay can identify it.
6. The deposit is recorded as "Pending" until the team confirms the funds have arrived.
7. While it is "Pending" — and not already in bank authorization — you can cancel it.
Without the reference code in the transfer description, the team cannot match the bank transfer to your account.
