The main Wallet panel shows, for each currency, the total balance, the available balance (already credited and usable) and the pending balance (still processing). Cryptocurrencies are only shown if the account has its crypto wallet enabled.
Where to see the detail
Balance information lives on the Wallets Prisma screen, where each block corresponds to one wallet. Each wallet is defined by its currency and the amount you hold in your account.
If it is a crypto token wallet
For crypto token wallets such as USDT or USDC, pay attention to the blockchain your wallet is defined on.
It is critically important that transfers are always made bearing in mind that they only work if the source wallet and the destination wallet share the same blockchain.
Balances in the support chat
The online help system does not have balance information: the support chat cannot look it up. To check your balance, go to the Wallets Prisma screen. There are no short-term plans to add this kind of information to the online help system.
