1. Go to Wallet → BOB Withdrawal.
2. Fill in: bank, account type, account number, account holder's name, and the holder's ID number.
3. Minimum amount: 1 BOB. The amount cannot exceed your available balance.
4. If the destination bank account is already registered and enabled, the withdrawal can be processed automatically against the bank (BCP) within minutes, during banking hours. Outside those hours, or if the automatic process fails, the withdrawal is queued for manual processing by the team.
5. If the automatic process is rejected by the bank, the rejection reason reported by the bank is shown.
While they are processed automatically, BOB withdrawals may show bank-related sub-statuses: in authorization, in process, authorization failure, rejected by the bank, and so on.
