Under My Profile → My details (Account) you can manage:
- Profile picture: JPG or PNG, up to 1 MB.
- First name (and last name, on individual accounts only).
- Time zone.
- Additional contact details: company name, authorized contact, CI/NIT, phone, address (lines 1 and 2), city, country. There is a button to clear all of these fields at once.
Fields that cannot be changed
- The email address cannot be edited, except in exceptional cases handled by support.
- The account alias is read-only.
