This is how you withdraw or send USDC from your Prismapay wallet to an external crypto wallet, whether your own or someone else's.
First: whitelist the address
Before you can withdraw to an external address, that address must be whitelisted:
1. Go to Wallet → Crypto Withdrawal → Add external wallet.
2. Enter the destination address and the matching asset (currency).
3. The system validates that the address is valid for that network/currency; if it is not, it is rejected with an invalid-address message.
4. The wallet goes to "Awaiting approval", then moves to "Approved" (or it may end up "Rejected"/"Cancelled"). You can only withdraw to wallets in Approved status.
Then: make the withdrawal
Once approved, you can select that wallet for crypto withdrawals. Minimum amount 0.01, and it cannot exceed your available balance.
Every new external wallet goes through this approval process, so you cannot withdraw to a freshly added address right away.
