Manage external wallets

The External Wallets section of the menu is the list of every crypto address you have enabled for withdrawals. It is the other side of a withdrawal: this is where you manage what, at withdrawal time, is just one more option in a dropdown.

What the list shows

- The name you saved the address under.
- The destination address.
- The asset and network (blockchain) it was enabled for.
- Status: Waiting for approval, Approved, Rejected or Cancelled.
- The date it was added.

Only addresses in Approved status can be picked when withdrawing crypto.

Adding an address

Addresses are added from the withdrawal flow itself, under Wallet → Crypto withdrawal → Add external wallet. The system checks that the address is valid for the chosen network and asset before accepting it, and from then on it waits for approval.

A newly added address is not usable straight away: they all go through the approval (whitelisting) process. If you have an urgent withdrawal coming, add the address ahead of time.

Deleting an address

You can delete any address on the list. Deleting it does not affect withdrawals already made to it; it simply stops being offered for new ones. If you need it again later, it has to be added again and approved again.

Downloading the list

The list can be exported as a report, with the same data you see on screen. It is useful for reconciling against your own record of authorized addresses.

Before adding an address, check the network. A crypto transfer only arrives if the source and destination wallets share the same blockchain; sending over the wrong network means the total loss of the funds.
