The app has a side menu on the left on desktop, and a full-screen menu on mobile. What you see there depends on your role: sections you have no permission for simply do not appear.
Menu sections
| Section | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Prisma Wallets | Your wallets: balances, deposits, withdrawals, buying and selling USDC, EARN and card top-ups. |
| External Wallets | The external crypto addresses you have enabled for withdrawals. |
| International Accounts | The destination bank accounts for your international transfers (ACH, Wire, SEPA, SWIFT). |
| National Accounts | Your Bolivian bank accounts, used for BOB withdrawals. |
| Transfers | Create, review, approve and track international transfers. |
| OTC | Trades with an exchange rate locked for several hours. |
| Dealer | Dealer accounts only: the book of linked clients. |
| Operations and SEPREC | Internal Prismapay team sections. A regular client does not see them. |
If you expected a section and it is not there, it is almost always a matter of role. Ask the Owner or Admin of your account to check the permissions assigned to your user.
The main screen
The home screen is Prisma Wallets: one block per wallet, with its currency, its network where that applies, and its balances. The current exchange rate sits at the top, and each wallet's actions are reached from there.
If your verification is not approved yet, the screen shows where it stands —Not started, Pending, Under review, Observed or Approved— with a shortcut to carry on with it.
My Profile
The profile has tabs of its own: My details, Security, Notifications, Team (company accounts only), Invitations and Compliance. As with the main menu, each tab appears according to your role: operational roles only see My details, Security and Notifications.
On mobile
A fixed bar at the bottom holds the most-used shortcuts, and the menu button opens the full list of sections full screen. The profile has its own sliding panel.
Language
The app is available in Spanish and English. The switch takes effect immediately and is remembered for your next sessions.
News
The news section carries Prismapay's announcements —changes in how things work, new features, operational notices— newest first.
