Identity verification (KYC / KYB)

Deposits and withdrawals (Wallet)
- Pending: registered, waiting for confirmation or processing.
- Completed: credited or sent successfully.
- Cancelled: voided by the user or the system.
- BOB withdrawals may show bank-related sub-statuses (in authorization, in process, authorization failure, rejected by the bank, etc.) while they are processed automatically.
International transfers
- Pending: just created.
- Awaiting review: needs a reviewer to forward it.
- In process: approved and executing.
- Completed: funds sent successfully.
- Rejected: a reviewer or approver rejected it. It is not resumed.
- Cancelled: cancelled by the user.
- Failed: an error occurred during execution.
External bank accounts
- Processing: being registered with the payment provider.
- Registered: ready to use in transfers.
- Pending approval / Failed: need intervention. SWIFT always requires manual approval.
Dollar and euro accounts in your own name
- Active: the account details are available and you can receive into it.
- Deactivated: the account exists but has been taken down. It cannot be reactivated from the app: contact support.
- No account: none has been issued yet; request one from the matching deposit screen.
OTC tickets
Created → Accepted (after the team approves) → Executing → Completed.
Otherwise: Rejected, Cancelled/Discarded, Expired (not executed in time) or Failed (an error during execution).
External wallets (whitelisting for crypto withdrawals)
Waiting for approval, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled. Withdrawals are only possible to Approved wallets.
Invitation codes
- Available: generated and unused.
- Sent: emailed to an invitee.
- Activated: the invitee has registered with it.
- Paid: the corresponding bonus has been credited.
- Disabled: voided before use; frees the slot.
EARN position
- Open: there is a balance earning yield; the 30-day clock runs from when it was opened.
- Closed: the full balance was withdrawn; the next deposit opens a new position, with its own clock.
Team members
- Password pending: invited but has not set up access yet; the invitation can be resent.
- Active: operating normally.
- Deleted: shown dimmed in the list, and can be restored with the same role and level.
