Dealer Dashboard

A dealer is an account that brings clients to Prismapay and looks after them. Its dashboard —the Dealer section of the menu— is the book of linked clients, with what you need to serve them.

How a client gets linked

The link is created by the invitation code. You generate a new code from the dashboard whenever you need one: unlike the email invitations in your profile, this code is not sent for you — you copy it and share it however you like (WhatsApp, your own email, in person).

When somebody registers using that code, they are linked to your book automatically and appear in the list.

What you see for each client

- Full name and email.
- The status of the link.
- Available BOB balance.
- Their crypto wallet balances, by asset. These load a moment after the rest of the list, so the screen is not held up.
- The deposit address for any of those assets, on demand: it is fetched at the moment you need it, not before.
- The commission that client is paying.

Per-client commission

Every client pays the standard transfer commission unless you set one of their own. The dashboard shows you the standard rate for reference and lets you set a different percentage for that client (minimum 0.8%), or clear it so they go back to the standard rate.

A custom commission replaces the tiered percentage by amount on all of that client's transfers, on every rail; the rail's fixed fee is still added on top. If a client is unlinked from you, they go back to the standard rate.

Your share of the commissions

You receive a share of the commissions your linked clients pay on transfers, buying and selling and crypto withdrawals. Your share is a percentage of the commission charged, not of the operation amount:

- On transfers, it is calculated on the percentage part only, not on the rail's fixed fee.
- On crypto withdrawals, it is calculated on the full withdrawal fee.

Example: with a 20% share, a client's withdrawal that pays a 5 USDC fee gives you 1 USDC.

It is paid to your wallet automatically, once the commission has been confirmed, and only once per operation. You receive it when you have a share percentage configured, the link with the client is active, you have a wallet and your account is not blocked. Your clients do not see your share.

Entering a client's account

From the list you can enter the account of a linked client to see the platform as they see it — useful for walking them through something on the phone, or for understanding what is happening with an operation of theirs. While you are inside, the session is theirs; leaving returns you to your own account.

All of this activity is logged. Entering a client's account is a support tool, not a way to operate on their behalf: any movement of funds is decided and executed by the client.

If you do not see the section

The dashboard only appears on accounts with the dealer role. If you think yours should have it, contact support.
