Alongside the dollar accounts, you can have a euro account in your own name to receive SEPA transfers from banks in the European Union. It is a virtual account: the euros that arrive are credited to your wallet as USDC.
What it is for
- Receiving SEPA transfers from any bank in the euro area.
- Linking an IBAN to platforms such as UpWork, Deel, PayPal or any other that pays into a European bank account.
Terms
Rail | SEPA |
Credited in | 1 to 2 business days |
Deposit fee | 0.5%, for any type |
Minimum deposit | 100 EUR |
Monthly maintenance | Free |
How to get one
From Wallet → EUR deposit. If you do not have one yet, it is requested right there; once it is ready, the screen shows the account's full details —holder, IBAN, BIC, bank name and address, currency— ready to copy and pass on to whoever is paying you.
Requirements
- Identity verification approved.
- Crypto wallet enabled, with an active USDC address: that is where the converted funds land.
If your euro account shows as deactivated, it cannot be reactivated from the app: contact support.
The dollar equivalent is the USD account, with its own terms (ACH and Wire, 0.3% fee, 100 USD minimum).
