Tracking your ticket

The OTC screen is where the tickets live: the ones waiting for approval, the ones you can already execute, and the whole history of closed ones.

What the list shows

Each ticket carries its date, its type (buy or sell), the USDC amount, the locked exchange rate, the equivalent BOB amount and its status. Every column can be filtered, including minimum amounts and a date range.

The statuses

StatusWhat it means
CreatedQuoted and submitted; waiting for the operations team to approve it.
AcceptedApproved: it can now be executed. The validity clock starts here, not at creation.
ExecutingThe trade is being processed.
CompletedExecuted at the locked price.
RejectedThe operations team did not approve the ticket.
Cancelled / DiscardedDropped before it was executed.
ExpiredThe validity period ran out before it was executed.
FailedAn error occurred during execution.

Live notices

The screen updates itself. While you have it open, it tells you when your quote has been approved and can be executed, when it was rejected, when it expired, when it completed, and when a new ticket was created for you. No reloading and no watching required.

The chart

Above the list sits the exchange rate over time, so you can compare the price you locked against what the market is doing. Your available balances sit next to it — they are what limits what you can execute.

Executing, cancelling and letting it expire

- Execute: available while the ticket is Accepted and within its window. If your balance falls short at that moment, the ticket returns to Accepted so you can try again.
- Cancel: available while it is Created or Accepted.
- Let it expire: if the window runs out, the ticket moves to Expired by itself, at no cost.

Who can create, execute or cancel depends on the role. In a company account it is common for one user to generate the quote and another to execute it.
