Manage international accounts

The International Accounts section of the menu holds every external bank account you have registered as a destination for your international transfers: the accounts you pay out to, whether yours or a third party's. They are not accounts that receive money into Prismapay; to receive dollars or euros in your own name, see the articles on USD and EUR accounts. Registering them is covered in the article about the 3-step wizard; this one covers what to do with them afterwards.

What the list shows

- The account holder, and whether it is a person or a company.
- Bank and country.
- The enabled rail: ACH, same-day ACH, Wire, SEPA or SWIFT.
- Currency: USD or EUR, depending on the rail.
- Status: Processing, Registered, Pending approval or Failed.
- The date it was added.

Viewing an account's detail

Opening an account shows every detail it was registered with: account number or IBAN, routing number or BIC, account type, bank address and the holder's contact address.

An account's details cannot be edited. If something is wrong —a digit in the account number, the holder's name— delete the account and register it again with the right details. Correcting an account already registered with the payment provider is not possible.

Deleting an account

Deleting it takes it out of the list of available destinations. Transfers already sent to that account are unaffected and stay in your history with all their details.

Downloading the list

You can export the report of international accounts with the same data as the list. It is useful for keeping a record outside the app of which accounts are enabled and on which rail.

Why an account does not appear when creating a transfer

Only accounts in Registered status —or SWIFT accounts already enabled manually by the team— are offered as destinations. If the account is still Processing, registration with the payment provider has not finished; if it came back Failed, the details need checking and the account adding again.
